Schär Gluten free bread actually looked and felt like regular whole wheat bread. Although a bit less moisture at first bite, but the taste is good and balance like a regular toast, little sweet from honey and agave syrup. it was you would expect from regular whole wheat. The thickness is approx. 1.5 cm .
The bread dough make from rice starch, corn starch, quinoa flour, millet flour and buckwheat flour. sourdough make with water and rice flour to develop better bread flavor.
Toast bread color light brown from the buckwheat. Texture is soft and light.
The ingredients included : Water, rice starch, sourdough (water, rice flour), corn starch, agave syrup, buckwheat flour, sunflower oil, soy protein, modified cellulose, psyllium seed husk (vegetable fiber), flax seeds, guar gum, apple fiber, yeast, millet flour, sunflower seeds, apple juice concentrate, sugar, quinoa flour, salt, honey.
