Soak the beans in fresh water overnight of for 10-12hours, boil the de-hulled bean for 1 hours, dry the beans with a clean towel, add 2 tbsp vinegar, and 1 packet of tempeh starter, mix well. spread the bean in a container. Culture for 24-48 hours
