Salted Yolk Mix is suitable to use in salad dressings, mayonnaise, noodles and other uses where egg yolk is needed. Sugared Egg Yolks are suitable to use in eggnog, ice cream,sweet baked goods and other uses where sugared egg yolks are needed.

Liquid: Product must be kept refrigerated at 1-4ºC (33-40ºF). Use
within 7 days after opening.
Frozen: Product must be kept frozen at -18ºC ±5ºC (0ºF ±9ºF).
Product for thawing should be stored under refrigeration at 1-4ºC
(33-40ºF) with a minimum of 3 days required for thawing.
Liquid: Shelf-life is 65 days when stored unopened at the
recommended temperature. After opening, keep refrigerated at
1-4ºC (33-40ºF) and use within 7 days.
Frozen: Shelf-life is one year when stored unopened at the
recommended temperature. After thawing store under
