2 cups water or broth 1 cup  Organic Quinoa 1. Combine water or broth and quinoa in a medium saucepan. 2. Bring to a boil. 3. Reduce to simmer, cover, and cook until grain is translucent and the germ has spiraled out from each grain. 4. Cook about 15 minutes.
