  • Liquid form Soy Lecithin - pure vegetable product, this natural food grade emulsifier and fat agent can be used in bread dough to provide a smoother and larger volume finished dough also helps even distribution of ingredients in dough.
  • In confectionery, controls sugar crystallization and the flow properties of chocolate, improves shelf life for some products.
  • Add to melted chocolate to make a silky smooth texture. 
  • Add lecithin to sauces, salad dressings and gravies, simply mix 1 Tbsp. of liquid lecithin into hot sauces and gravies, or replace 1 Tbsp. of oil use in salad dressings or baked goods. Liquid lecithin may be whipped into softened butter, margarine or peanut butter.
  • Liquid lecithin may be added to blender drinks and many recipes, or it may be taken directly from the bottle.
