  • Skim milk powder active bacterial culture (L. bulgaricus, S. thermophilus, L. acidophilus)  includes skim milk powder. This product is manufactured in a facliity that manipulates products containing wheat, soy, eggs, milk and fish (including shrimps).
  • Use 5g per Litre of milk. 1. Heat 1 litre of milk to 82°C and cool to 42-44°C. 2. Dissolve 5g starter in small amount of cooled milk in cup. Pour back into the litre of milk and mix well. 3. Incubate 4 - 4.5  hours, or until desired firmness n the yogurt maker.  4. Refrigerate to stop the process. Use with cow, goat or soy milk. Results with soy milk may vary.
