Exchange or Return

Items sold are non - refundable.

If you need any exchange or return some faulty purchase in size ...

Report it to us and bring it back in 7 days[date of received]. You can exchange in other product.  And items should not been used, with full original packing.  No return in food, fragile (glass, marble) pre-order item and torch items. 

Customer need to pay for the returning shipping fee if needed.

Once order shipped. shipping charge will not be refundable for any cases.

A reply to confirm for your return, Items needs to bring it back or send to  : Unit 01, 12/f, Lladro centre, 72 Hoi Yuen Road. Kwun tong. Hong kong. 

Returns accompanied by a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a BakingWarehouse Gift Card/ e-voucher  only for your next purchase. It will be sent via email to you. Sorry ,we could not be able any refund in Money form.  

For any case if need to the refund through credit card/ Paypal will be charged for 3.6% base on the total amount of invoices.

Unfortunately, returns and exchanges without proof of purchase/invoice/receipt will not be accepted.
