Q: want to combine order, add items in order, change order , ...
A: it is not able to make any amend after order placed. 

 

Q: I show SF tracking is transit , why my order not deliver?

A: some locations are under the deliver schedule by SF such as DB, Man Wai, far location in NT..may be twice a week. you can call to SF for checking the status +852 273 00 273  , but really sure they are on the way to delivery . please let it waiting few days.  

 

Q: I need it Urgently, can i / i need to receive on ......../
A: Sorry, no hurry order, order is process one by one, it will not fair for the other.

Q: I have order something, when it can delivery......
A: please drop a order nr. #, for us to checking or Login to your a/c the check the status. The estimate delivery are listed on product page under the button when your order date.
