Exchange , Return or Refund

Items sold are non - refundable.

If you need any exchange or return some faulty/damage purchase  ...

Report it to us in 48hrs (upon signed of received) and bring it back in 7 days [date of received]. You can exchange in other product.  And items should not been used, with full original packing.  No return for food, fragile (glass, marble) pre-order item and torch items. 

Customer need to pay for the returning shipping fee if needed.

Once order shipped. shipping fee will not be refundable for any cases.

A reply to confirm for your return, Items needs to bring it back or send to  : Unit 01, 12/f, Lladro centre, 72 Hoi Yuen Road. Kwun tong. Hong Kong. 

Returns accompanied by a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a BakingWarehouse Gift Card/ e-voucher  only for your next purchase. It will be sent via email to you. 

And it will take approx. 7 working days for the process.

Order cancelation:

If item shortage or order incompletable, the order will be canceled, a notification email will be sent, amount will be refunded to your original payment.  almost bank will process 1-2 working days, Check you bank personally.  

Order placed over 24 H, order can't be changed and cancel, if you need "cancel order" an administration fee HK$20 will be changed. 

Unfortunately, returns and exchanges without proof of purchase/invoice/receipt will not be accepted.
