6) How you ship the Food items?
We ship via SF express the Door-to-door Cold Chain Delivery for the Frozen and Chilled Food items.
7) How i can check the update and delivery?
check you order status and you will also receive an email for update that your order has been fulfilled / shipped. via the SF express tracking page you can track your order status. Or call SF +852-27300273 with provided tracking number arrange the delivery.
8) How long can it be deliver when order placed?
All delivery date with estimated and show on product page/cart page, order delivery via SF express, please accept the estimate delivery date is longer for some location. (NT, outlying island, remote district)
9) Cancellation on Black Rain and typhoon
Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.
Order cancellation accept within 24 Hours if order sent out or already in transit to ship out / shipping address. The transportation fee will not be refund.
