Ammonia for sweets is a leavening agent used in pastry, mainly for biscuits and shortbread, or for desserts that require long cooking.
Promotes leavening and gives compactness. It can be substituted for sodium bicabornate.
Ingredients: raising agent: ammonium carbonates.
Recommended use: 8 g are ideal on 400 g of flour. Combine directly with the dough powders
packing 3 x 8gr.
